Titili Foundation celebrated its 5th Anniversary

Bhubaneswar based Titili Foundation that works for the development of women and children by imparting life skill activities, celebrated its 5th anniversary on Saturday.

Satyabrata Sanu Ratho, Founder, Prelude and Editor, My City Links presided over the function as the Guest of Honour. Among others Satyabrata Kuna Tripathy, renowned Ollywood actor and Chairman, OFDC, Priti Dhala, Social Worker, Sanjogita Mishra, Social Worker (education & career counselling, life skill programme), Sulagna Routray, Celebrity Host, Nrupesh Naik, Councilor, BMC Ward No. 55 and Arpita Nanda, Founder, Titili Foundation were present. Subhojit Panda, Journalist and Anchor, hosted the entire event.

Speaking on the occasion, Ratho said, “Truly Titili is providing wings to women and children for exploring greater opportunities. It is not only an organisation, but also a sentiment, which works for the development of the women and children of our society. By acknowledging the need of the hour, the foundation is committed to provide life skill activities to the women and children, still the most vulnerable communities of our society. On its 5th anniversary, I wish the foundation all success in its future endeavours.”

In his address, Tripathy said, “As Titili flies beyond its limit, Titili Foundation is on a mission of giving wings to explore as a part of its progressive journey. It is indeed a unique foundation, which has worked tirelessly for the development of women and children for the past five years. Since its inception, it has been undertaking the commendable job of providing life skill activities to make the society sustainable for women and children. On this joyful occasion, I wish Titili Foundation and its team all success.”

Addressing the gathering, Nanda said, “Five years back we came up with an idea of providing life skill activities especially to the most vulnerable communities (women & children) of our society through the establishment of Titili Foundation. Since then, we have been working towards the development of women and children to make our society more inclusive. The path ahead is very challenging and we commit to overcome each and every hurdle through our dedication. We are committed to work beyond our limit. On this auspicious occasion, I am thankful to each and everyone, who have contributed directly or indirectly for nurturing it into a future ready organisation.”

During this anniversary celebration, a colourful cultural extravaganza enthralled the congregated throng. To make this occasion memorable, the students of the activity centre performed various cultural programmes. 

Titili Foundation is an organization, which works for the development of women and children by providing life skill activities. It has been running an activity centre for the last five years at the state capital. The activity centre is offering courses like aerobics & zumba for women, mom’s dance class, kids’ dance class, musical instrument class, art & craft classes for kids and karate classes for women and kids to make the women & children more self capable enough.
