Sabyasachi’s “Lucky Ra Lockdown Love Story” To Hit Screens On October 18

We all are well aware of the fact that during lockdown Ollywood’s Pagal Premi, actor Sabyasachi Mishra created history by helping thousands of migrant workers coming back home. And to surprise his fans and Odia cine lovers the actor has also completed shooting a film simultaneously. The Tarang Cine Production’s film titled as “Lucky Ra Lockdown Love Story” is all set to hit the small screen on October 18.

Based on a theme related to the lockdown period, directed by Ashok Pati, the film stars Tamanna Vyas opposite Sabyasachi. The film also has actors like Bobby Misra, Papu Pom Pom, Pradyumna Lenka, Trupti Sinha, Jeeban Panda and Jayprakash. While the music is composed by Abhijeet Majumdar, its story and screenplay have been handled by Debidutta Mohanty.

Sabya who is playing the character of a thief in this film told MCL, “I was involved in the film only during the time between action and cut. Rest of the time, I was on the phone arranging buses, food and other things for the migrants. I would like to thank the whole team of the movie for their support. The film was mostly shot indoors with only 3-4 days of outdoor shooting. The team took all precautions to avoid gathering during the outdoor shooting. Even senior artists had to work from home.”

“Probably, this is the first film we have completed in the COVID-19 situation. It has humour, drama and even sends a good message for the society,” added the actor.
