Pani Is All Set To Release His Next Sambalpuri Single ‘Ee Bheeja Bheeja Maati’

Mumbai based Odia music composer and sound engineer Priyabrata Panigrahi who is also known as Pani was in news recently for his sound recording for ‘Mirzapur’. He is all set to release his next Sambalpuri single ‘Ee Bheeja Bheeja Maati’. After the phenomenal response to his maiden Sambalpuri song ‘Tui Mor Sapan Re Guri’, his new song will release on November 30 on his official YouTube channel ‘Pani Sound Music’.

Starring Sudhasri Madhusmita and Dipanwit Dasmohapatra, the lyrics and music composition of this romantic number has been done by Pani himself. 

Pani has also done background scoring for the Oscar nominated film ‘The Last Color’ directed by celebrity chef-turned-filmmaker Vikas Khanna in 2019. He said to MCL, “We shot this song in Bhubaneswar with all the safety precautions concerning COVID 19. It’s really encouraging to see people waiting for your next release. We have got numerous texts and DMs, enquiring about our next release. Finally here we are!”’

While the story and screenplay has been written by Riten Pattnaik, the cinematography has been done by Mousam Pattnaik and the editing has been done by Pratik Mohanty. Sanjit Pattnaik, Kalpana Panigrahi and Sudhir Kumar Panigrahi have co-produced this project. This video is an associative venture of ‘Pani Sound Music’ and ‘Mousam Pictures’.

“This song immediately struck me. The melody and the feel generated immediately. Then when Priyabrata dada asked me to write a story for the music video, I was equally thrilled and nervous at the same time. This being my first time, I wanted to give my best. Then we had a lot of discussions and brainstorming before shooting. This project is very close to my heart and hopefully it will be loved by everybody. I have my fingers crossed!” added debut story writer Riten, who is also a well-known Odia stand-up comedian.
