Working from home gives you the advantage of scheduling tasks comfortably. And since it’s IPL season, you get to binge on snacks while settling down in front of your television sets at 730 pm in the evening. So, here’s a lip-smacking list to help you elevate your IPL viewing experience! 

Chakuli

The childhood of 90s’ kids is very much aware of this snack. Chakuli is a deep-fried snack made out of urad dal. It is best for those who do not want to spend any moment in the kitchen while the match is on.

Aloo Bhujia

Here comes another one to rescue you from the kitchen drill. Made with boiled potatoes, gram flour, herbs and spices, aloo bhujia is loved by all. 

Cutlets

This is the simplest and a time-saving snack item you can make in the kitchen. Add your versions and follow with your choice of preparation by baking, deep-frying, or shallow frying. Green chutney and Schezwan mayonnaise go best with it.

Samosa

It’s impossible that you think of snacks and this one doesn’t cross your mind. These stuffed potato fried cones are very much popular in Indian snack platters. Prepare at home or get them from your favourite shop, samosas won’t fail to win your heart.

Momos

Over the past six to eight years, momos have become widely popular in the Indian subcontinent. Fill the dumplings with your favourite veggies, cottage cheese, or chicken and steam for 15 minutes. And, then go with some spicy Schezwan sauce.

Nimki

Known by other names such as namak para, nimkin, mathri etc., nimki is deep-fried with ghee. There are plain ones, and some are seasoned with cumin and ajwain seeds.

Dahi Sandwiches

It is prepared with thick hung curd mixed with cabbage, carrots, onions, bell peppers, salt and a pinch of sugar. You will find this one easy to make.

Boiled Masala Eggs

In this, you have to add some raw spices like pepper, chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, oregano, chat masala and salt to taste to your boiled egg for a sumptuous treat.

Needless to mention, adding a cup of masala tea would better your experience of watching the game.
