2nd Edition Of Corporate Icon Awards To Honour COVID Warriors

While 2020 was a challenging year, it has also been a period of immense learning, growth, and creativity. My City Links is all set to present the exciting blend of leaders, thinkers, creators, innovators and trailblazers from the world of corporate and fashion at the 2nd edition of the Corporate Icon Awards and 4th Bhubaneswar Runway Week. 

Corporate Icon Awards 2021 aims to motivate the leaders and torchbearers of the corporate world around Odisha. It is dedicated to encourage, cheer and felicitate all those who have made a difference or contributed to the development of Odisha. This award honours the corporate influencers of Odisha who have led the way forward with innovation and excellence.

Bhubaneswar Runway week aims to feature designers from Odisha with a focus on those using traditional handloom textiles. This event showcases a series of creative genius, highlighting new beginnings for fashion entrepreneurs and setting the new trend for the upcoming season. It aims to feature local designers, create opportunities and experiences for local models as well.

The awardees of the 2nd edition of the Corporate Icon Awards are Smriti Sweta Das of Eco Belleza as Women Entrepreneur, Lita Mohapatra for Inspiring Entrepreneurship, Jindal Ltd. for Sustainable CSR, Sum Ultimate in healthcare, G-On for Environment Friendly Entrepreneur, Green Chillyz for Food Entrepreneur, Secure Eyes, a global cyber security firm, Tapan Mohanty as Real Estate Entrepreneur, Namaste Baripada for Emerging Food Entrepreneur and Yugabrata Kar, Founder Desia as Global Entrepreneur.

This time My City Links is also conferring Corona Warrior Samman to some esteemed organizations & individuals for their selfless dedication and hard work towards humanity in these difficult times. The awardees are; Sabyasachi Mishra, Late Prabir Pradhan (Journalist), People for Animals (pfa), Dr. Jayanta Panda, Sudarshan Patnaik, Commissionerate Police, Ashwini Hospital and CRUT (Mo Bus) Operations.

The designers of Runway Week are -INIFD Bhubaneswar, Label Rituparna by RITUPARNO, PARUL KHAITAN label, FASHIONFIT BY SHEFALI, ZUBY’S Designer House by- Zubina Ali, POSH AFFAIR by – Roshan and Dinendra, INNAYA JEWELS by – Komal Khandelwal. Runway week brings an incredible opportunity for budding entrepreneurs and fashion designers of Odisha who will be the face of Odisha designing industry in the coming years.
