Nandankanan

Published in 1988, Nandankanan is still one of the most popular Odia magazines dedicated to children. It is even accredited to be the widely circulated Odia magazine and has been edited by Sarala Patri, winner of Odisha Sahitya Academy award for the book Ame Sabu Ek. Its colorful and vibrant pages are a good deal to entice any kid!

Suna Bhauni

Founded in 1990 by eminent polyglot, Late Bijaya Mohapatra, this is the only Odia magazine to get translated in 100 different languages. Bijaya’s effort to popularize Indian languages also led this magazine to find a place in the Limca Book of World Records. Composite of stories and current affairs facts, it is a perfect storehouse of knowledge and fun.

Rock Pebbles

This is known to be the first English magazine of Odisha which started its journey from the Jajati Press, Jajpur in 1987. It boasts of being a purely literary journal which publishes essays, short story, poetry, book review, art works etc. It even comprises work of eminent writers like Nissim Ezekiel, R. K  Narayan, Khushwant Singh and a few others.

Founded by Rashmi Rekha Moharana and Third Eye Creation Private Limited in 2009, this portal makes it a point to give due courtesy and recognition to the original sources and is hence widely preferred by many!
