Commuters Can Now Enjoy Free ‘Auto-Connect WiFi’ In Ola Autos
Piloted in major cities and towns, ‘Auto-Connect Wi-Fi’ service will soon be brought to Ola Autos across 73 cities in the country; Bhubaneswar being included in their first phase list. For first time users, once the Ola Auto ride starts, they need to tap on ‘Wi-Fi’ on the ‘Track Your Ride’ screen. They will find their unique Wi-Fi access point name and password to connect to the service.
Ola has already taken commuting in the country’s to the next level with its value added facilities like on-demand service, transparent pricing, cashless payments, door-to-door pickup and drop, and GPS tracking, to which seamless Wi-Fi internet connectivity is yet another valuable proposition. It is expected that by this service, many people will be benefitted and enjoy convenient trips. OLA is the first such taxi service provider which had provided share taxi service to the customers to make trips cheaper, so, this is again is one such initiative by OLA to provide upgraded and better service to the commuters.
Regarding this innovative service, Sr. Director and head of the Auto category Siddharth Agrawal said, “We have already taken the transportation sector by a storm by bringing one of the most traditional means of commute online for commuters and driver partners. Taking a lead from the massive popularity of Ola Auto-Connect Wi-Fi for the Prime category, Ola will soon expand this facility to other categories including Mini, Lux, and Micro.
